This page is maintained by the ARCHITECT-Q operating team to set out the terms under which the platform is made available. This is general information and is not a certification or legal advice. Access to ARCHITECT-Q is granted by approval only; nothing here constitutes an offer of access. Specific engagements are governed by the executed agreement between the operator and the approved institution, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.
01Approval-Gated Access
ARCHITECT-Q is not a self-service application. Use of the platform and its analytic functions requires an approved grant issued through the Embassy Row Project. Unapproved parties have access only to the public, read-only previews presented on this website.
02Acceptable Use
Approved operators agree to use the platform solely within the scope of their grant, to preserve the integrity of audit records, and not to attempt to bypass eligibility checks, compliance overlays, or fail-closed gating. Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of platform outputs outside the approved scope is prohibited.
03Outputs & No Warranty
Analytic outputs are provided for evidentiary and decision-support purposes. While the engine is designed to be deterministic and audit-grade, outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and the operator is responsible for the lawful use and interpretation of any results within their own jurisdiction.
04Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes applicable to an active grant will be communicated to the approved institution through the channels named in its agreement.
