It describes current practices for the marketing site and the grant-application flow only; it is not a certification and does not describe the internal data handling of approved operational deployments, which is governed by each institution’s executed agreement.

This website is informational. The only information actively collected is what you choose to submit through the grant-application form on the Request Access page — for example your name, organization, role, and the details of your request.
02How We Use It
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate grant applications and to contact applicants about their request. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.
03Retention & Deletion
Application information is retained only as long as needed to assess and administer the request. You may ask us to access or delete the information you submitted by contacting the operator through the application channel.
04Cookies & Analytics
The public site is designed to function without intrusive tracking. If any analytics are introduced, this page will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
